In this web blog I attempt to discuss the many ideas, constructs and stipulations about the universe around us, in a way that can be at, the very least somewhat intepreted by both myself and you if my thoughts are not too poorly composed. It is the product of countless hours trying to pick my brain when I feel philosphical, often after psychedelic drug use or if I am in the shower for too long. it is also a place of healing for me; I love sharing thoughts and creating discourse and I would feel absolutely wonderful if even one person benefited from these posts.
For a while I have been wanting to this; for almost a decade. I have always want to to write but needed a fun and quirky outlet. And now that I have discovered a passion for web & game development, I thought why not create a blog utilizing those very skills I have garnered over these past years - whilst simultaneosuly writing - or typing - my thoughts down. Pen and paper always felt investing, although creative, and typing always felt undemanding, but analytical. So in attempt to find some sort of middleground on the writing front and effort, I decided to be creative and type, by writing my story around a creative interface such as a website I have developed. It feels right for once in my life and - if you have made it this far without thinking I am a pretentious whipper-snapper - let me take you through my mind.
This blog is a means to express myself, as I said before. There will be personal entries; on occassion. But this blog is about the universe first and foremost; and acts as a medium to share my thoughts about life in so many ways, from evolution, to emotions and feeling, to poetry about sad-boy things, to the very fabric that our spacetime is comprised. It is a metaphysical dump of (hopefully) intellectual content and a stream of conciousness in a way. I do not care if you disagree with my thoughts, and I do not care what your opinions are; although you may obscenely chat among yourselves in the comment section of each post if you signup for my newsletter. (I promise I will not be looking at my database).
Dumps of information such as blogs like this, or podcasts, or books or science really can at times feel very blatantly flippant, or condescending or egotistical, or know-it-all. I do not care. This is for me and some strange desire to share my thoughts with the 1% who actually care to read my posts.
A Simulated World, a Brief Exploration of the Fabric of Reality is always going to be about me. Is that not the only thing we truly care about anyway? Ourselves?
A lot more is coming.
